You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account and order information. Made By Monika Rene is not responsible for delays, lost packages, incorrect products, or failed delivery due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

All items from Made By Monika Rene are custom-made or made-to-order unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Because our products are personalized and created specifically for each customer, all sales are final once an order has been placed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect, as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

Section 3 - Product Appearance & Handmade Variations

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, sizing, placement, and overall appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, device displays, production methods, and the handmade nature of custom items.

Minor variations in design placement, color, finish, sizing, or texture are not considered defects. By purchasing from Made By Monika Rene, you acknowledge and accept that handmade and custom products may not be identical to mockups, product photos, or previous orders.

Section 4 - Customer-Provided Designs, Names & Personalization

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all customization details before placing an order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Spelling
  • Dates
  • Phrases
  • Colors
  • Design choices
  • Uploaded photos
  • Image quality
  • Sizing requests
  • Shipping information

Made By Monika Rene is not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including misspelled names, incorrect dates, low-quality images, incorrect design choices, or wrong shipping addresses.

If a customer provides copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, or protected content for customization, the customer confirms they have the legal right or permission to use that content. Made By Monika Rene is not responsible for any claims, disputes, or legal issues related to customer-submitted images, logos, phrases, or designs.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains inappropriate, offensive, hateful, explicit, threatening, illegal, copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise prohibited content.

Section 5 - Orders & Cancellations

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or service. Orders are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted by Made By Monika Rene.

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. Due to the custom nature of our products, order cancellations may not be accepted once the order has been placed, supplies have been prepared, or production has started.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable materials, inappropriate customization requests, or violation of these Terms.

Section 6 - Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, sales, and promotions are subject to change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. Orders will not begin processing until payment has been successfully received.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, shipping fees, handling fees, customs fees, import duties, or other charges associated with their order.

Section 7 - Processing Times

Processing time refers to the time needed to create, prepare, and package your order. Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.

Because items are custom-made, processing times may vary depending on order volume, product type, holidays, supply availability, or unforeseen delays.

Any processing time listed on our website, product pages, banners, or checkout area is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Section 8 - Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, Made By Monika Rene is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, weather delays, incorrect routing, or delivery issues outside of our control.

All delivery timelines provided by the shipping carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and contacting the shipping carrier directly for transit-related concerns, lost package claims, or delivery disputes.

Made By Monika Rene is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Section 9 - Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds except for eligible damaged or incorrect items reported within the required timeframe.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery with your order number, clear photos of the product, clear photos of the packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Claims submitted outside of the required timeframe may be denied.

Section 10 - Product Care & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for properly using and caring for their purchased items.

Made By Monika Rene is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Dropping or mishandling
  • Improper washing or cleaning
  • Dishwasher use unless otherwise stated
  • Excessive heat exposure
  • Scrubbing, soaking, or harsh chemicals
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Customer misuse
  • Damage occurring after delivery

Care instructions may be provided with your order, on the product listing, or through our website. Failure to follow care instructions may affect the life and appearance of your item and does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

All content on this website, including but not limited to product photos, images, designs, logos, graphics, text, branding, product descriptions, videos, and original artwork, is the property of Made By Monika Rene or its respective licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, resold, distributed, or used without written permission.

Customers may not use Made By Monika Rene’s designs, product photos, listing descriptions, branding, or content for personal resale, commercial use, or reproduction.

Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.
